What designs do you offer?
We curate unique and beautiful design collections. Our designs are available in our catalogues, which we can show you during an appointment or video call. We can tailor selections based on the season you’re working on, or we can create a custom selection based on mood boards you provide.
How can I view your collection?
We offer two viewing options: (1) Visit our office in the UK to view the collection printed on silk, or (2) Join a video call via Zoom or Teams. We’ve invested in high-definition video technology to ensure you can see every design detail clearly, regardless of which option you choose.
Do I need to be in the UK to view your designs?
No. While we can arrange in-person appointments at our UK office, we offer video calls via Zoom or Teams for international clients and those who prefer remote viewing. Our HD video technology ensures you see all the details as clearly as if you were viewing the silk samples in person.
What happens after I select my designs?
Your final selection becomes available to you immediately after the viewing. We send you the Photoshop PSDs in editable layers via WeTransfer. If you had an in-person meeting, we’ll also provide you with the physical fabric swatch. For video call appointments, we’ll post the swatch to you.
Can you create custom repeats for my designs?
Yes. We can create repeats for your selected designs. This is an additional service with a separate cost. Please discuss your repeat requirements during your viewing appointment, and we’ll provide a quote.
What payment terms do you offer?
Our payment terms are strictly 30 days from invoice. We invoice you in your own currency and use Wise for international payments, making transfers straightforward and cost-effective for clients outside the UK.
How do I make an appointment?
Simply contact us to schedule an appointment. Let us know your preferred format (in-person or video call), the season you’re working on, and whether you have mood boards to share. We’ll arrange a convenient time for your viewing.
What information should I provide when booking?
When you contact us to book, please share: (1) Your preferred viewing method (in-person or video call), (2) The season or collection you’re designing for, (3) Any mood boards or design briefs you’d like us to consider when selecting designs to show you.
How long does the design selection process take?
The entire process is efficient. You’ll view the collection at your scheduled appointment, select your designs, and receive the PSDs and swatches immediately after the viewing. There’s no lengthy waiting period once you’ve made your selection.
What file formats do you provide?
We provide Photoshop PSDs in editable layers, sent via WeTransfer. This gives you full access to organize, modify, and work with the designs as needed for your production.
Do you offer revisions to the designs after selection?
We provide the designs as-is from our collection. However, since you receive the full Photoshop PSD files with layers, you have complete flexibility to modify and customize the designs to your needs.
What currencies do you accept for payment?
We can invoice you in your own currency. We use Wise for international payments, which offers competitive exchange rates and makes the payment process simple and transparent for clients worldwide.
How is the fabric swatch provided for video calls?
For video call appointments, we’ll post the fabric swatch (printed on silk) to your address after your viewing. This allows you to see and feel the material quality in person, complementing your HD video viewing experience.
Are your designs exclusive once purchased?
Please contact us directly to discuss exclusivity arrangements. We can discuss your specific requirements and any exclusive licensing options.
What if I need designs for multiple seasons?
You can schedule multiple appointments for different seasons or collections. Simply let us know when you’re ready to view designs for another season, and we’ll arrange a suitable time.
